I'd take Jamaal Charles over Mcfadden.

Charles is legitimately one of the best backs in the league, so I agree with you.
As for McFadden being better than Lynch, that's just hilarious. Lynch was second in the league in yards after contact to Adrian Peterson. Lynch wasn't amazing because his line was doing well or the plays were amazing, but he would always break a tackle or two, while McFadden would not. Add in the fact that Seattle rushed on first down more than any other team in the league and you can't seriously complain about predictable play calling. McFadden is an average at best back.
