   Is ****ing amazing. Losing all kinds of fat while increasing my strength and muscle gains. Getting ripped and muscular with no low carb **** or any of that nonsense i basically eat what ever the **** i want to eat as long as I hit my macros. If anyone wants me to go into detail about it i will i know most don't give a ****. Ill just kind of give to the jest of it real fast if your intrested.

   
 Basically You fast(Don't eat anyfood at all only allowed diet drinks, water, coffee or tea no sugar or milk though. ) for at least 16 hours i would say no more then 24 the befits at that point start to where out. The other part of your day is considered the eating window say if you fast 20 hours which is what i do the other 4 hours is where you consume all of your calories for the day. The healthier to eat the better your results will be but carbs don't really matter fats somewhat matter just keep it reasonable and make sure you get your protein in. Okay the trick is to workout fasted take bcaas right before.
   After your workout your window should start about a 40minutes later if you planed it right. At 20 hours of fasting your body creates hgh (human growth hormone) it increases 2000 percent. (which inturn Spares and preserving muscle tissue) Your body is smart its preparing for the future in-case you become catabolic later on. Keep in mind your body doesn't burn off muscle untill 48 hours of no food. That six small meals is a complete joke and is not true you don't burn muscle off after afew hours of not eating it takes alot for your body to burn muscle. You can lose fat and gain muscle doing this method ive done it and it works. Just make sure you consume enough protein .8 to 1.2 grams per pound you weigh.  If anyone is interested ill post everything i know about it ive researched the **** out of it.

I eat a BigMac or two a day and I'm getting huge, too. 

My muscles are bulging outta mah shirt and my abs... OOOH man my abs are looking beautiful.

I had a triple cheeseburger today with bacon **** is gone the next day. Its not a sport has to do with weightlifting and so forth should of just posted it in the weightroom thread or whatever.

My friend has been doing this actually, he made some serious gains and looks good. He just started using a booster though, not really sure what exactly but i don't believe in any of that. I stick with Whey protein.

between the 3 of them or how ever many where there one of them could of got the gun and pointed it at him and told him to gtfo. Its that simple he would of left no one raped murdered lives saved so on and so forth daugher be eating her captain crunch the next morning
