Updates about games and the PS4 will go here:
- The Last of Us trailer shown, looks as good as the reviews
- Beyond: Two Souls in-game trailer shown
- Teaser trailer for the game The Order, which is set in a steampunk version of London and seems to deal with a group of powerful individuals fighting against supernatural entities
- Killzone: Shadow Fall show, as well as Driveclub
- New(?) trailer for Infamout: Second Son shown, looks like the protagonist is a little bit of a Tony Stark, i.e. charmingly arrogant.
- Knack, the quirky game shown at the PS4 announcement, had a new trailer shown
- The Dark Sorcerer trailer shown, featured the same old man face that was demoed at the PS4 announcement. No gameplay shown, seemed to be a demonstration of the graphical capabilities of the PS4.
- Transistor, from the developers of Bastion, was shown
- Indie games Don't Starve, Mercenary Kings, Secret Ponchos, Oddworld: New and Tasty, Outlast, Galaxy, a weird game with a squid-like protagonist, and a "cute" zombie murder-mystery announced for PS4.
- Diablo 3 coming to PS3 and PS4 with exclusive loot based upon Playstation gaming franchises, i.e. Drake from Uncharted's scarf being a drop or something.
- Final Fantasy XIII Versus is now called Final Fantasy XV (thanks to Krazy for bringing that to light), announced for PS4
- Kingdom Hearts 3 announced for PS4
- Showed a live, in-game demo of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
- Watch_Dogs had a live, in-game demo. Those of us watching the stream were impressed with how organic and fluid the stealth was
- A trailer made in-engine for NBA 2K14 shown
- PS4 gets exclusive beta for Elder Scrolls Online
- Mad Max announced for PS4
- PS4 confirmed to have no used game DRM, no always online requirements, no online checkups required.
- PS+ memberships on PS3 will carry over to PS4
- Destiny had a live, in-game demo. Seems to be a class-based co-op/single player FPS with random loot from killed high-level enemies with seamless transition into large multiplayer instances. This is the game to get to a lot of us. Made by Bungie, the creators of the Halo franchise.
- Gaikai services will be available in 2014 for the PS3 and PS4
-
PS4 announced for $399 USD, available this holiday season- PS+ required for online play, costs less than $5 a month and subscribers will get a free PS4 game per month, as well as all the additional features PS+ offers currently.
