Also, for everyone that plays/will play on the server: DO NOT update Minecraft to 1.6.  The server download for that update is not available yet, and if you have a 1.6 client you won't be able to get on the server.

And it's way more important to be alive.

If you want, we can begin Operation Secure Perimeter, where we make an asston of cobblestone walls and torches and make a giant wall around the settlement and light up every dark spot inside the wall to prevent monsters from spawning.  That way you'll only need armor when you go outside the wall.

Even I don't think I could get enough cobblestone for that.

I've done it before.  All it takes is a couple hours of branch mining to get started.  I've already got a decent amount of cobblestone anyway.

Best part is you usually find diamonds while you're digging out cobblestone.  Win/win.

Alright, I'll get started on it today then.  That means we're both going to need to mine a lot of cobble.

Stone bricks look a lot nicer, and don't take any more cobblestone, just more time.  In the server I play on, I've I made a stone brick wall around my town with over 15,000 stone bricks, and my home uses at least 4000, and 1000 obsidian.  I've spent a lot of time on it. Tongue

Also, someone's going to have to give me the town tour!  I need to know where I can make my home (and who's home I target to sabotage).

My bro gave me his log-in info. Does that mean I can play on your server?
