Here ill link you to the base build I did.
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Xtreme_1000/ or
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Xtreme_2000They are pretty much the same base build, just different models. Now I dont know if I can put it together and be able to show you in a link, If I cant I will tell you what I upgraded, for each component it has a drop down, and an addition or subtraction to your price, some upgrades may stay the same, and there is a lot of special deals, free games, use the same brand for components and get a discount, some graphics cards come with free games/ some let you upgrade from the previous for the same price.
You may want to just try this and see what different prices you can come up with. Don't forget tax and shipping afterwords
Also, just components-wise, you may want to check out this site also;
http://www.cpusolutions.com/store/pc/home.aspI seemed to get a better overall deal from cyberpower, but just components wise, cpu solutions has a ton of stuff at pretty good prices. They also have a bare-bones builds, and you can build a regular custom pc and they will tell you what is compatible and what isn't.
http://www.cpusolutions.com/store/pc/Gaming-Barebones-c292.htm^Check this out for all the different barebones builds, it might not end up being the best deal honestly, but its worth trying, especially since you can get 3rd generation i7 builds starting barebones at like 550 I believe.
