Lol I still dont think many, if any have actually achieved 60 fps consistently on console.   Call of duty, mass effect, need for speed, virtua tennis, and a few others aimed for 60 fps on console.  Whether they got 60 fps or not, who knows.  As for the whole 30 or 60 thing, read the battlefield vs call of duty debate, and decide for yourself which is more important.  If you really want to know your FPS, there is no easy way to measure it on console, use a capture card and then count the frames.
