I like the savannah one best.  Minecraft needs good flat areas that aren't desert biomes.

The savannah is the only one that looks good. I expected a lot more from the canyons. There is too much empty space, and too many spires.

Eh, I think the ice spike plains looks good as well, but I probably won't live there.  Not enough resources.
