Yeah, sorry I quit again. I just had to take care of something right now. It didn't take long but it put me in such a sour mood man. It sucked out of me all the will I had to play vidya instantly.

watch tv and do concentration curls while your watching you can just sit down and do them. Switch between regular curls and hammer curls too.  Have like 3 dumbells sitting there do the lightest one first then the medium one and the heavyiest without much rest maybe 10 seconds. after all 3 sets done wait about a min start again but start with the heaviest and go down the rest of the way. 6 sets of curls done in about 3 min.

that reminds me. i was going to ask you what the difference is between doing barbel and dumbell curls? I got two 30's here and I can curl them individually but when i put 30 lbs on both sides of the bar, I can't lift it anymore. WTF. Am I doing the dumbell curls wrong or something?

with any exercise when you change it up your body isn't use to the movement. It could also be the bar adding more weight. a regular staightbar is 15pounds, a ez curl bar is 18 pounds and a Olympic bar is 45 pounds.

oh ****, i forgot to account for the bar. i'm not sure how much it weighs actually. it's not a regular bar that you'd find at the gym either. i got a little bench with only 110 lbs or so and the bar isn't really big. i guess i'll have to find out how much it weighs

it probably is. i don't have a picture with me at the moment but i measured it and it's a 1' diameter bar. i'll probably go get it measured to make sure.

anyway, i would prefer if it was a thicker bar. i heard thicker bars help increase your grip strength a lot more

doesn't matter the weight on curls matters about the form, if using dumbbells lock your elbows on your sides keep your back up against a wall, hold them by your side with your thumbs facing forward, slowly curl one side up slowly twisting your wrist trying to bump your fingernails into your chest, slower lower it down then do the other side, repeat.
