Or even football safety in general. With all the concussion stuff being talked about lately, people have been absolutely tearing the NFL to shreds when it comes to anything safety related. I don't know if I agree with that sentiment at all.

I think this is what they signed up for and they shouldn't be such little girls, offense passing numbers are probably only up because of these new rules, its like you can't hit the reciever to high you can't hit to low, you have to lead with your shoulder and I have seen a bunch of plays where the receiver kind of ducks his head down and trys to get down fast in fear of a hard hit coming and thats the only reason the tackle gets made towards the helmet area

He has a strong sense of entitlement towards further help beyond the NFL, which I don't quite agree with.

I don't watch football, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Hamza is black.

I don't think anyone who gets paid millions of dollars to play a game should have a problem with the occasional injury.

I'll play devils advocate since this won't be fun otherwise.

What about the guy making the rookie minimum and is only in the league for one season because he gets hurt?

This topic is about player safety, not God.

I think physics has caught up to the game.  Players are to big and fast for the skeleton/ligaments to absorb the hits.

Entertainment based individuals are worth their salary, otherwise people wouldn't pay to see the games.

Then they shouldn't complain about getting hurt. It's part of that profession. What's next?  Soon boxers will be complaining about concussions.

They can always get a non-contact job like everyone else.

Just like the brilliant actors of reality shows. I realize the reason they're overpaid is that they bring in so much money, but it's morally **** up.
