I want the 9ers to win, Pack is the team that scares me the most with cobb and rodgers back, if the Saints win then saints come to seattle for sure, if they lose then its the winner of the packers-9ers game who play on sunday in -0 degree temp and have to come to seattle on a saturday which would make it a very short week to rest recover and game plan, I like Seattles odds against any of those teams, I'd rather have the Saints thoug I feel like thats the easiest win

With Thurmond back, Cobb doesn't scare me. Maxwell has been eating up the intermediate passing game lately so I'm not all that worried about Rodgers.

Harbaugh cries a little because it's too cold, Kaepernick regrets not going the MLB route, Frank Gore can't read.

gonna be a cold ass game, don't see to many passes being thrown, 9ers are tough against the run, will be a tough one for the pack to pull out

Rodgers has never had any issues throwing in the cold before. I don't think the gameplan changes all that much.

Cold temps is a bonus to homefield advantage, gb knows how to play in all temps.

As for 6 yd pass plays, only need 2 for every set of downs.

Every team knows how to play in cold temperatures. These are football players, they prepare for everything.

Oh great, you only need 13 for an 80 yard drive. Sounds easy enough.

green bay is 3-4 when temp is 6 degrees lower , not sure how aaron rodgers connects to that stat because  that is in green bays history, so game time temp is forecast for a high of -3 and a low of -19 and that isn't even counting the wind chill. So sure maybe he has played well in cold weather but honestly i don't think any of these players have played a game in this cold of weather before, we are talking about ice bowl numbers

Nah, I don't think they stand a chance if they play at Seattle. In SF is a close matchup sure, but Seattle has more talent on the roster. Carroll's ability to scheme around his own players is phenomenal, specifically on defense. Guys like Red Bryant, Chancellor, Sherman aren't the ideal players for other defenses, but Carroll is a genius when it comes to utilizing his talent properly.

I would hate to smash a hand off a helmet in this weather but I wouldn't expect anything too different.

Side note: How lame are coach of the year and executive of the year awards? Odds are, Carroll and Schneider won't get them, when there isn't really any competition to what they've done. Take any other coach and slap him on Seattle and he wouldn't get 60% of the production out of these players.

This whole "improvement" bullshit that wins the award is ridiculous. You shouldn't be awarded for the guy before you being terrible.

so good that they needed huge breaks against Houston, St. Louis,  Tampa Bay, and couldn't get past the Cards? Those teams are garbage.  C'mon man
