Sounds made up. Or the battle cry of the looooooooser. Might sound made up, but it's pretty obvious when you look at the standings

Yeah because Minnesota has more than Canada.....
Doesnt matter how many, just matters we have better players I watch old games where one usa team was 3/4 minnesotans, they defeated canada.

There's so much talent in Canada that they look worse because everyone they play against is good. That's not the case in Minnesota. Every city of 40 000 people has a AAA team. It's ridiculous.

I grew up in a city of 80 000 people. In my year, nine guys were drafted to the OHL, two first round picks. Seven played games in the OHL, two did not. All nine were offered scholarships. The talent coming out at that age in Canada is absurd.

my high school had 2 guys in it that got drafted in the first round, Brendan Witt and Chris Wells, Brendon use to let me punch him in the stomach as hard as I could, he actually smoked a bowl with me about a week before he left for the draft which I thought was a bad idea

Was he? I didn't follow his career since I was never a big hockey watcher. Was he a decent player in the nhl? I know he was a brawler with the Seattle Thunderbirds

Lol
Weighted ranking
Systematic rankings based upon a weighted point system with the most points awarded to a gold medal have also been devised. For example, in 1908, the British press invented a ranking system based on awarding gold medals 5 points, silver medals 3 points, and bronze medals 1 point (5:3:1).
