Well, my parents use an old desktop from 2000 to Skype to their parents, and it either freezes or shuts down.

So you want to run Skype on your Jurassic computer, but use a BlueTooth earpiece for all the talking and listening?  I think the computer needs to be BlueTooth compatible..

The BlueTooth area is gray for me.

Well, I hear you can get an extension cord for headsets.

So you can run Skype on your computer and have a 50 ft extension cord leading up to your ears.    Afro

Hey Lakkus, if you are planning to use an old computer the one thing you have to check is the USB port. You may have a version 1.0 and I'm guessing the Bluetooth USB adaptor is probably version 2.0. May not be compatible....
