Sometimes me and term mix our products and share the shakes for added formula. Man we're ripped.

Yeah, you really have to shake it when we mix them though. You want full integration. Sometimes I get a full workout just mixing mine with K's.

Yes, the initial workout for the shake extraction accounts for 80% of the workout.

I drink whole milk almost exclusively. Every once in a while I'll have some juice in the morning or a pop/gaterade when at a restaraunt, but otherwise the only thing I drink is whole milk. I got through around a gallon a day.

Wow that's a lot of milk. Is there any particular reason for the high intake?

I really like it, and since it is about the only thing I drink, intake is high. I don't think a gallon a day is abnormal intake for any liquid, I just consolidate everything I drink into a single beverage rather than a can of pop and a glass of water and a glass of juice, etc... Supposedly we are supposed to drink nearly a gallon a day in order to keep our kidneys clear (water not milk), so my liquid intake per day is pretty normal. It just happens to be milk because I like it and would rather drink it than anything else when I go to the fridge.

I literally laughed dude. To me that's crazy. I love milk but only as a wash down after sweets or with cereal. Other than that its too thick for my liking. But then again I live in the desert. I can only imagine drinking milk in 115 degree weather working outside. Well, I bet you've got strong bones at least.

yeah my bones will never break and you'll never hear me say "Ouch, I broke a nail." Plus living in northwest Ohio, it doesn't get too hot here (although I still prefer milk in the heat). I was allergic to milk until I was like 8, then all of a sudden the allergy went away. So from then on for some reason I have craved milk like crazy. If you ask my wife, if I go for a few days without milk, I will get irritable and cranky until I get some. It's weird but my body just craves it. *ring ring* "Dr. Freud on line 2" "Sir, your milk obsession means you have a major fixation with boobs." "Really Dr. Freud?" "Well it's that or you have detachment issues with your mom." *Hangs up on the ignorant doctor*

Lol! My dad is lactose intolerant so I think I inherited a little bit of it. I can drink milk at anytime of the day except in the morning on an empty stomach. If so then *BOOOOOOM!!1!!*

im sorry Ohio! I dont mean to be a jerk or anything...especially since you were just quoting Mr. Seinfeld. I just have to make reference to another famous quote now: where did you get that joke? The toilet store?! I know....I fail
