(4/14/12)

Weekends are usually quiet and not too many announcements are made, but this one is an exception. Today Nintendo launched a new section in the Nintendo Zone where you can see NBA, MLB, and FOX Soccer highlights! They also updated the episodes that you can watch of Pokemon via the Nintendo Zone.

For more information about this go to this link:

http://www.shacknews.com/article/73313/sports-highlights-coming-to-nintendo-3ds

The Nintendo Zone is supposed to be available in select locations like airports, McDonalds, Best Buy, etc. but there is a way to access the Nintendo Zone from your house.

Just clicky on the link under here for more info:

Nintendo Video

Today Nintendo Video revealed that Dinosaur Office Season 2 would premier on April 20th! They are currently doing re-runs of the first season right now.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Apa3fU2g1uU

They also have music videos of "The Rifle's Spiral" by The Shins and "Underneath the Sycamore" by Death Cab.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=144btkSSNIA

All these videos are obviously in 3D on Nintendo Video.

Pokemon Black/White 2

Last, but certainly not least is the reveal of some more Pokemon Black/White 2 info!

- Unity Tower shown
- Route 4 is now lined with building reminiscent of a mining town in architecture
- New gateway building between Route 4 and Nimbasa City
- Entralink is completely different, including no moat, Entree seems to be a fountain, no - Entralink bridge (though it still exists above the rivers)
- Driftveil City is very different, lighthouse does not exist, two “craters” exist, shipping docks are less developed
- New city directly south of Driftveil City, another new city west and slightly south of that, and then Hiougi City southwest of that.
- The electric web in front of Chargestone Cave has been removed
- Challenger’s Cave no longer exists
- Poké Transfer Lab carefully covered with ice
- Ice seems to be translucent, as Poké Transfer Lab’s outline seems to be visible
- New area (building?) due north of Poké Transfer Lab
- There is a yellow building to the right of the Ferris Wheel in Nimbasa City. The path in front of it also now extends across to the stream.
- Castelia City, Anville Town, and Opelucid City seem to be identical to before
Ice is used to cover up parts of the region, simply an overlay layer

Here is the official trailer for the game:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjrXoEkG6JA&feature=player_embedded

There is even a video of the new Kyurem forms too as an added bonus.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xw5TejrcSFI&feature=player_embedded

Well that's it for now that's all the Nintendo news you need to know for April 14, 2012. I leave you with this Xenoblade Chronicles video. Enjoy!

Pokemon Gray

This is kind of Pokemon Gold and Silver instead of Pokemon Gray. It takes place 2 years later and you have new gym leaders and stuff. There are also new Pokemon that will be revealed next week too which I think will be the starters for Pokemon Black/White 2.

Awesome work, Mex.

I wish Xenoblade had better graphics.  I'm not a graphics whore by any means, but it does break immersion when the main characters' eyes seem like they're painted on.  =/

How much different will B/W 2 be from their predecessors?  I liked B/W a lot, but I'm not willing to pay another $50 for the same experience.

They really should've just kept with 150.  I stopped caring when they started adding more.  Too much effort to follow.

Yes I actually agree that Xenoblade Chronicles should be re-released in HD on the PS3, 360, and/or Wii U. This game would look amazing with HD graphics. Unfortunately, I don't think it's ever going to happen. I've seen some HD screen shots of the game recreated by some fans and the eyes don't look like they do right now.

Now as for Pokemon I have no idea how different it is than Black/White. I know there are like 300+ Pokemon that you must record before you get the National Dex, new cities, new gym leaders, and obviously a new story.

You'll be surprised, but some people actually know all the Pokemon by memory lol. I need a Pokedex guide or something to help me remember some of them. I don't think Pokemon would still be around if they had just stayed with 150 Pokemon throughout all these years. They had to add more Pokemon if they were to stay in business.

I can't decide if it sounds like a new game or just a hefty expansion pack for B/W.

Nintendo Daily (4/15/12)

Well not much to report today I'm afraid considering that it's Sunday.... just kidding! The internetz don't rest on any given day. Let's kick things off with what could be considered the biggest news of the day....

Legend Of Zelda: OOT Time Glitch

Someone actually found a way to beat this game via a glitch in less than half an hour. Yep. It works on the N64, 3DS, and Wii Virtual Console versions.

I'm not really gonna post how to do it here, but if you must know go to the link here:
http://www.joystiq.com/2012/04/15/new-zelda-ocarina-of-time-bug-beats-game-in-23-minutes-as-child/

Pokemon Black/White 2

Some more little info I've come across about this game...

-The starting town is a city this time and it's a pretty big city
- Tepig, Oshawott, and Snivy will remain the starters for this game
- Azurill and Lillipup are some of the very first Pokemon you fight in the wild

Good-bye small little town with like 2-4 houses and a Pokemon lab and hello big ass city! Sounds cool and I like that Azurill is available to catch right off the bat. Quite refreshing.

Club Nintendo of Europe

NOE (Nintendo of Europe) announced yesterday that for those who are Club Nintendo members and registered Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower (Project rainfall games) then you will get three awesome coins for free shipped to you! Take a look:

I reaaaaaalllllllllllyyyyyyyyy hope Nintendo of America does this as well! They have been getting owned by Nintendo of Europe as of late.

RUMOR!!

Idk why I'm posting this here because I really don't want to make it a habit of posting rumors, but supposedly Square-Enix has licensed some characters to Nintendo for an undisclosed project! Many are guessing for a Super Mario RPG while others think it's for Smash Bros. idk. What do you think?

Well that's it for today's Nintendo Daily. Oh before I forget yesterday I actually went to an event at Gamestop and there were like 12 other people there too. It was for Kid Icarus: Uprising. We basically had a 2 hour geek fest streetpassing, showing off AR cards, puzzle pieces, weapon gems, Resident Evil: Revelations co-op and so forth! It was a blast! The next one will be May 12th on select Gamestop locations and you can bet I'll be there for that one too! This has further inspired me to go to E3! I'm a geek damn it and I'm going to embrace it!

I leave you all with this video. Check it out hehehe

You should see this kid in my Transfer class. It's like the guy in the video, but he also stutters a lot more and has difficulty simplifying vocabulary. It takes him forever to say anything, and he asks questions frequently.

You just described a kid in my Java class.  Exact same mannerisms.  Takes him a solid five minutes to spit out a few sentences.

I'm really not sure I'd call it a speed run.  He didn't actually "beat" the game, in the sense that he accomplished everything that is otherwise required to beat the game.  He just found an exploit.

I'd agree, I only referred it to that as it was called that in the description and on the website.

(4/16/12)

Welcome back to Nintendo Daily! Today we have some HUUUUGE news! I hope you are sitting down and there is nothing in your way for when you jump up with joy because the news is THAT big. But before we get started I would personally like to thank Jabbascript for this amazing Nintendo Daily banner he created for me! Thank you Jabba! Now for the big news.....

WiiU First party games at E3

Today Shigeru Miyamoto had an interview with Spanish newspaper El Mundo and he flat out revealed that a new Super Mario Bros. game was going to be revealed for the WiiU at E3!! A few days ago Nintendo registered a few names including Super Mario 4! Could that be the name for the new WiiU Mario game?

thanks ign for the great banner lol

But wait! There's more! Shigeru Miyamoto didn't stop there! He then revealed that Pikmin 3 is a WiiU game(which we already kind of knew) and that it was going to be shown at E3 this year!! For those who know me pretty well you know that I LOVE Pikmin! Excuse me for a moment....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGn8ypZz96E

I was kind of like that guy except better obviously! I did a happy dance and everything. I can't wait for Pikiminz!

Miyamoto also mentioned some other stuff like that he is interested in doing another Wii Music game for the WiiU and that he is overseeing development on Luigi's Mansion 2. Oh yeah, the new Super Mario game for WiiU will most likely be a 2d side-scrolling game similar to the demo we saw at E3 last year according to this link:
http://uk.gamespot.com/news/mario-for-wii-u-at-e3-6371859

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3D

What can possibly top that news? Nothing, but RollerCoaster Tycoon 3D looks to finally have an official release date here in the US! Ign has a nice article about it right here:
http://ds.ign.com/articles/122/1223050p1.html

The game is due out supposedly on May 22nd! I'm personally looking forward to this game! It's only $29.99 too!

Pokemon Black/White 2

A fan kindly has translated the Japanese trailer for us!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vySZfXt77BQ&feature=player_embedded

Well that's pretty much it folks! Some pretty big news dropped today out of nowhere and Nintendo even reconfirmed everything. I leave you all with this video! Enjoy!

D:

At any rate, I never played Pikman 1 but I heard Pikmin 2 (which I have played) was just everything and better, the biggest improvement being no time limit to complete the game.  Though I might not buy the WiiU, Pikmin 3 should be a good game.  O0

Hey welcome to another edition of Nintendo Daily! Yesterday I worked a night shift at my job and when I got back there weren't any Earth shattering news that made me want to post a Nintendo Daily and plus I was tired. Tonight we have some good stuff, but obviously it won't be able to beat Miyamoto confirming Pikmin 3 and Super Mario Bros. 4 for the WiiU at E3. That'll probably be the biggest piece of news for a while as we get closer to E3. Well let's get started shall we?

For some reason the youtube videos aren't showing up here. Odd. Oh yeah, Project C.A.R.S will be out next year so it won't be a launch game for WiiU  :'(

Title: Re: Nintendo Daily (4/18/12)
Post by: Turboweasle on April 18, 2012, 10:21:11 pm
I fixed the first one that wasn't showing, but there seems to be something wrong with the second one.  I got "The video is unavailable" or some ish.

PSA:  Brief tutorial on how to post Youtube videos that show up.

Say you've got a Youtube link that looks like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=iv&src_vid=B9tNGEt6rmE&annotation_id=annotation_534954&v=IxPbgnO81sQ

Obviously that's not going to show up, and it doesn't.  So how do you get it to work?

Simple.  You want to look for two things: "watch?" and "v=*insert gibberish here*".  You want "watch?" and "v=" to come right next to each other.  Here's the important part to remember: The "v=" part stops at the letter/number before the ampersand (&) if one is there, and will always start with "v=" (sometimes it will come after an ampersand itself, as in this example).

So that link will become this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxPbgnO81sQ (http://wiiunite.org)

Now, I had to mess with the url tags to get the link to show the way I wanted, but take those off and this is what you get:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxPbgnO81sQ

Ta-da!

Welcome to yet another edition of Nintendo Daily! I'm still jamming to that badass Project C.A.R.S song they used in the trailer!  8)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fG3V-FGn_ig

Love that song! Anyways..... today we don't have big updates I'm afraid. Some good stuff nonetheless. Let's get started!

Nintendo eShop New Releases

Every Thursday Nintendo updates the eshop, dsiware, Wii Shop Channel, and the Nintendo Channel. This week is kind of a quiet week for Nintendo though. Here are all the new stuff:

- 3D Classics: Kid Icarus (Nintendo eshop)
- I Must Run (Nintendo eshop & dsiware)
- Pyramids demo (Nintendo eshop)
- new episode of Nintendo Show 3D (Nintendo eshop)

Yep, that's pretty much it. Oh and a bunch of trailers for upcoming eshop and dsiware games. Not bad at all except 3D Classics: Kid Icarus has been available to purchase from Gamestop, Best Buy, and Amazon for a while leaving us with a Dsiware game and a demo of a 8 month old eshop game. Well since I never actually played Pyramids I guess I'll download the demo and try it out!

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Pre-order Bonus

Today Square Enix revealed that if you pre-order the game (3DS game) then you'll get a cool special edition gripped stylus and 17 stickers to decorate it with or stick anywhere you want! Yay! (sarcasm) Seriously though, this game will have paid DLC when it comes out which is a first for Nintendo. It'll also be the third game to utilize the Nintendo Network which is far superior to Nintendo Wi-fi Connection that the Wii uses for online gameplay. So far Mario Kart 7 and Kid Icarus: Uprising use it.

Nintendo Direct

This little peace of news just actually went live as I type this! Nintendo has announced that the next Nintendo Direct will be this Saturday April 20th at 11PM EDT! The last time we had one Mario Tennis Open was revealed and The Last Story was confirmed for the Wii in the US!

Well that's it guys! I leave you all with this video! If you have a 3DS and you don't have Colors! 3D seriously consider getting it in the future!

Nintendo Direct Special!!

Welcome everyone to a super mega ultimate edition of Nintendo Daily! Late last night and even early this Saturday morning you may have heard many grown men screaming like little girls as they anxiously ate some Tostitos chips with salsa watching without even blinking the Nintendo Direct live streams of Japan and Europe. Nintendo of America unfortunately didn't have one, but they were using twitter and facebook and were also dropping bombs of their own. With E3 just 5 weeks away it kind of didn't make sense for us to see Reggie's gold chin so early. Last night the Sony Playstation Vita wept as Nintendo dropped bomb after bomb mostly related to the Nintendo 3DS. Well let's get started shall we?

New Super Mario Bros. 2

As if Super Mario 3D Land wasn't enough to make the Vita cry. Now New Super Mario Bros. 2 is coming out this August for Japan, Europe, and the U.S! Yep, that's right THIS August! Get ready for a brand new Mario side-scrolling game!

Kirby 20th Anniversary

Nintendo plans on celebrating Kirby's 20th anniversary with a bang. They announced that the Wii will have a special Kirby collection game of almost all of his games. Only Nintendo of America and Japan confirmed this. Nintendo of Europe didn't mention Kirby at all during their Nintendo Direct presentation so I'm guessing he's still not 20 years old over there.

Mario Tennis Open

A bit of new stuff was revealed for this highly anticipated Nintendo Network game.

- Luma from Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 will be playable
- There are 16 total characters plus your Miis
- Over 200 items to customize your Mii that effects your performance similar to Mario Kart 7
- Game comes out may 20th in the U.S (we already knew that)

Kid Icarus: Uprising Video Tips

Some new stuff was revealed about this game:

- You can voice chat with strangers and friends
- New challenges will be available for free every day for a whole year via Spotpass

Pokemon Announcements

(http://cdn.nintendo3dsblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Pokemon-AR-Searcher-Screenshot.jpg) (http://cdn.gamerant.com/wp-content/uploads/Pokedex-3D-Pro.jpg)

Pokemon AR Searcher and Pokedex 3D Pro were revealed! Pokemon AR Searcher is basically like Face Raiders only you can catch Pokemon and transfer them to Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2. Pokdedex 3D Pro features all the Pokemon from all regions and will replace the regular Pokedex 3D. It also will have some new features, but that will be revealed at a later date. Both of these eShop games will not be free though. They will cost money.

Nintendo 3DS System Update

On April 25th the 3DS will receive a system update! This is for Japan, Europe, and the U.S! What does it do?

- You can use folders to make your menu much more clean and organized
- All games will be patchable now
- Mario Kart 7 (U.S, Europe, and Japan), Kingdom Hearts 3D (Japan), and New Love Plus (Japan) will receive patches by mid-May.
- New puzzles pieces have been released! Mario Tennis Open (U.S, Europe, and Japan) and Fire Emblem: Awakening (Japan) are now available to collect starting April 21st!

Downloadable Content

Nintendo isn't shying away from DLC anymore. Here is what's to come!

Project X Zone

Sega, Namco Bandai games, and Capcom have teamed up to create this beauty of a game! Enjoy!

OMG!! I hope this game makes it to the U.S shores!

Animal Crossing 3DS

In Japan Animal Crossing 3DS was confirmed for a Fall 2012 release date.

Other Nintendo Direct Stuff

In Japan a bunch of third party games were shown like Etrian Odyssey IV, Culdcept, Rune Factory 4 (comes with a music CD), Taiko Drum Master, Just Dance Wii 2, Dragon Quest Monsters, etc. too many to name lol. A bunch of Ninty fanboys were drooling throughout the whole presentation at all these games that will soon be coming to the U.S. I wish I could cover EVERYTHING that was mentioned on Nintendo Direct, but alas I'm only human.

Well, that's it everyone! I leave you all with the European and Japanese Nintendo Direct videos! They are quite long, so if you're bored feel free to watch them! I apologize if I just made your computer a little slow lol!

No. I won't believe this.

It's true. Sakurai just barely finished Kid Icarus: Uprising. It's been almost two months now so that is still not enough time to create a new Smash Bros. game. Maybe we'll still see Smash Bros. at E3, but in like a quick little video maybe.

Nintendo just couldn't wait for this update! It was supposed to go live tomorrow, but I guess since it's already tomorrow in Japan and Europe they've decided to let the U.S get the update too!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_jdPeJ9miw&feature=player_embedded#!

What the firmware has:

- Ability to add folders to organize your menu
- All 3DS games can now be patched
- DLC is now available for all 3DS games
- the eShop has a new layout
- Digital downloads download faster

Well there ya go! If you have a 3DS update it and enjoy!

Nintendo Power Reveals a new Cave Story version and DLC for Mighty Switch Force!

Nintendo's own magazine Nintendo Power has just revealed this juicy info! Looks like it didn't take very long for 3rd party developers to take advantage of the new firmware update!

Cave Story DSiWare being revamped for eShop

- includes new modes and features
- jukebox mode, adjustable controls, Boss Rush, Curly Story, Hell Time Attack, Wind Fortress, Nemesis Challenge, and more
- adds a widescreen presentation and 3D effect
- DSiWare version may be removed from eShop, but will remain on DSiWare shop

Mighty Switch Force updates

Whoo DLC is heading our way very soon!

New Play Control: Pikmin 2 finally coming to North America!!

Nintendo Power (boy this magazine is on a roll huh?) has confirmed that soon U.S gamers will be able to purchase Pikmin 2 for the Wii!

If you can't read text clicky here:

http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2012/04/pikmin_2_finally_reaches_north_american_wiis_soon

It's no doubt a strategic move to re-introduce the Pikmin franchise here in the U.S since Pikmin 3 will be revealed at E3.

151 different artists draw one of the original 151 Pokemon!

Some of these are just truly beautiful drawings while others are meh. Check them out here:

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 World Premiere

Last, but certainly not least is that Activision is set to reveal the new Call Of Duty (Black Ops 2.... cough...cough) on May 1st during the NBA playoffs on TNT. The question is whether they will slap a nice Wii U logo at the end of the trailer or a 3DS logo. Many Nintendo faithful have been debating about this and they believe that it won't have a Wii U logo or even a 3DS logo at the end of the trailer. At E3 though we will find out that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 is heading to the Wii U though.

That is all for now people! I leave you all with this video!

Project cars looks and sounds great... on my phone at least. Could you post some more info on it? Specifically: specs on resolution/frame rate, wheel support, number of and types of cars/tracks, and if it's supposed to be a direct competitor with GT5/Forza type simulation racing games. Basically, any  in depth info you have.

A smart thing they can do, when they get more into development, is have a website where they release maps, characters, and items that are going to be in the game, like they did for Brawl. I can't remember the URL for that site but I remember that it really kept people excited at the brawl IGN forum I used to go to. I used to check that site every morning before I went to school. I remember people jizzed in there pants the day Sonic was released as a character. I jizzed when Wolf was.

Only thing is, a lot of people don't like to be spoiled...but with me, as long as it's not a surprised ending to a long story mode, then I'm fine.

Welcome back to Nintendo Daily! Today we have some good stuff to cover! Let's not waste any time and get started shall we?

Pokemon - Darkrai Distribution Event

On May 9th you will be able to get a special Darkrai for Pokemon Black & White. All you have to do is connect online with either game and get it.

Nintendo Zone officially launches in Europe

Europe has finally gotten the Nintendo Zone app. With this they have access to 3D trailers, trivia, Pokemon episodes, coupons, sports highlights, etc (at least here in U.S). I'm not really sure what exactly the Nintendo Zone application provides for them, but I'll be sure to do an update on this in a future edition of Nintendo Daily.

UPDATE: Looks like they only have the most basic features of Nintendo Zone for now. 'Nintendo Zone is a free location based, interactive service that allows you to access exciting content including upcoming trailers of games in 2D and 3D, product information, 2D and 3D screenshots, Nintendo 3DS game demos and free video clips.'

That is pretty much how our Nintendo Zone started off, but then we got trivia questions, coupons, Pokemon episodes, and now sports highlights.

Season premiere episode "Viral Videos"

Sakurai - Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS will 'change direction', dual support is key

Our last bit of news just actually barely went live not too long ago. Ign just posted this.

"As you noted, there is a certain dead end we come to if we just expand the volume of the game. I intend to change direction a little as we go. The key to that's going to be its dual support for 3DS/Wii U. I'm really just getting started on this so it's going to take time, but I'll come up with something that uses that link as the game's central axis, so I hope you're looking forward to it." - Masahiro Sakurai

I can't wait for those daily updates (if he does them again) from the Smash Bros. Dojo! I'll gladly post each one every day here on Nintendo Daily. From what I've read above though it seems like 3DS and Wii U owners will be able to play online against each other among other possibilities.

Well that's it for Nintendo Daily! I leave you all with this video! Enjoy!

I cannot stand that chick in the video.  In every single video I've seen of her, she acts like a complete tard.  She's incredibly talented and I love hearing her music, but seeing her jerk around like drunk squirrel completely ruins her charm for me.

I cannot stand that chick in the video.  In every single video I've seen of her, she acts like a complete tard.  She's incredibly talented and I love hearing her music, but seeing her jerk around like drunk squirrel completely ruins her charm for me.

LMAO!! I'm actually quite jelly of her I mean she is incredibly talented and she lives near some beautiful landscape to film such a pretty video. I agree that she overdoes it on how she moves lol.

Yeah, exactly.  I'd be one of her biggest fans if she'd quit acting like that.

(4/26/12)

(Adjusts tie and smells breath. Check!) Welcome to a very business-y edition of Nintendo Daily! As some of you may already know today Nintendo had its Fiscal Year investor meeting where they revealed that they had a little over half a million dollar loss. This is the first time since they started doing video games where they had a loss. Some juicy info was revealed though! (Pulls out a pen and pretends to be busy writing something) Okay let's get started shall we?

Nintendo will soon offer digital copies of games for 3DS and Wii U, Confirms New Super Mario Bros. 2 will be digital and retail

Well the heading says it all doesn't it? Nintendo has assured its investors that they are embracing digital sales with open arms. They then revealed a few things:

- New Super Mario Bros. 2 will be sold digitally via the eShop, in-store retailers, and even online retailers
- The Wii U will support digital sales of its packaged games from day one
- Nintendo says it'll be up to retailers to price third party digital sales of games
- Games you buy digitally can ONLY be played from the system you download it to
- eShop titles currently only being sold on the 3DS may soon be available for in-store retailers and online retailers to sell as well like they did with 3D Classics: Kid Icarus (Gamestop, Best Buy, and Amazon were selling that game exclusively)
- If you want to buy a digital copy of a game, but don't want to use your credit/debit card then you don't have to. Just go to a retail outlet and buy the game there and receive a 16 digit code to use on the eShop and Wii U to download the game at your house

Wii U software lineup to be revealed at E3, no price or release date

'We will showcase the final format, and discuss the details and the software lineup for this year at E3 2012, which will be held in Los Angeles in the United States in June this year.

Also, in the week after the E3 show, we would like to organize an opportunity where we can showcase the same to the Japanese wholesalers and financial analysts who cannot attend the E3 show. The people in our appropriate sections will let you know as soon as we have settled on further details.

Please also be advised that, as we did for previous platforms that were launched in the year-end sales season, we will announce the launch date and price in each market sometime after E3.
'

Well there you have it people. Don't expect at E3 to find out when the Wii U will launch and how much it will cost. Nintendo assures us though that they will reveal all that info soon after E3 just like they have done with all their other systems.

Onitore to be released overseas, will be retail/digital

'Additionally, we are developing “Onitore” (New Brain Age game), the software to train your concentration and working memories, with Prof. Kawashima at Tohoku University. We will release it in summer in Japan, and overseas afterwards.

Onitore will be made available through both retail and the eShop.
'

Nintendo has unannounced 3DS titles for the fiscal term, will release in 'timely manner' plus Wii U info

Nintendo revealed that they still have first party 3DS games that they have yet to reveal (like the new Brain Age game) that will come out this fiscal year. They assured investors that the 3DS will have a rich first party support from them and that their first party 3DS games will be released in a timely manner. They have learned from their mistakes of the 3DS launch and also assured them that the Wii U will have great games from day one.

Pokemon Rumble Blast joins the 3DS millions sellers club

Super Mario 3D Land (5.84 million), Mario Kart 7 (5.24 million), The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time 3D (2.61 million) Monster Hunter 3G (1.40 million) and now Pokemon Rumble Blast (1.08 million)! The 3DS is looking good for Ninty and even third party publishers.

Nintendo won't sell incomplete titles to make up money on digital, Animal Crossing DLC

Well that's pretty much all Nintendo talked about in the investor meeting. They also re-assured their investors that they will be supporting DLC, but that doesn't mean that they will be releasing incomplete products just to make a quick buck on DLC. They also hinted that Animal Crossing 3DS may support DLC.

Dragon Quest X For Wii Releasing In August

Wow Mex, you sure are working hard on these posts.

I think it's great that Nintendo is finally getting with the program and expanding on their online store. I think they have also set themselves up for the casual market a little bit better with the 3DS and I've noticed that for a while now. Just shows that that's the direction things are going now. Online purchases of full, casual type of games. I wonder how the 3DS will compete with Apple and their products.

Also, I'm not going to lie, I'm not really interested in most of the games that you post. The only one that I would like to get is the Onitore game. I really need to exercise my memory and concentration and I'm sure there are other better ways of doing it but I kind of liked Brain Age. I might consider buying a 3DS sometime down the line for games like that.

By the way, your tie is crooked and your breath is rancid.

I just recently started playing Mario Kart 7 again too Maxdaddy. This game is now perfect for online gaming now that it's been patched. It's also the first Nintendo game to be patched for online gameplay.

'Nintendo Daily' will be back next Tuesday for its second season premiere lol.

Well, I traded MK for Zelda with a guy at work for the weekend, but when I got it back I forgot to take it out of my pants pocket and it got turned in to the uniform laundry people.   :-\
Now I'm not sure if I want to buy another MK or get something I haven't played like Mario Tennis.  Can't you play that online?  I'm still pissed about that.  >:(

You can play Mario Tennis online, but IMO Mario Kart 7 is the better of the two. It has a more deep online experience.
