Title: Sequel to No More Heroes
Post by: `Kinda.Odd on October 09, 2008, 06:05:36 am
I know at least some of you must have tried No More Heroes, in all it's mindless fun and hilarity. Now it's looking like a sequel's to come. The "update" at the bottom of the article somewhat hints towards a DS release given the name ("Desperate Struggle"), which I don't blame them for, but I'll wait to see the official word. :P

And do watch the trailer ya?

I rented No More Heroes and I still regret that. I have no idea why anybody would think that that game deserves a sequel

That's a scary sig. :(
Anyway, to each his own I guess. I can see why some folks wouldn't care for it though. :/ On a brighter note (for anyone else that cares), confirmed for Wii, but with a release tag of Jan. '10. :\

I liked the game. Although there are a few things i think they should fix: the framerate of the motorcycle rides, implement more buttons for the fighting (i didn't like the fact that it was all one button and i know there was a button for kicking and ending the move with a wrestling move, but the kicking wasn't even good), voice acting would be cool, and better side missions to get moneyy.

Yeah, an addition if not a complete renovation of the side missions would be nice. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't map more than one button for the katana though. :/ I just don't see the changing the formula that much given what the game is. [/pessimism]

I'll probably still get it because the story was tight and so was the voice acting for the cut scenes, and also the wii motion plus would be really cool. Oh and did anyone else get frustrated with the wrestling moves? because they just would not work for me sometimes.
