Holy f

uck, are you guys actually going to turn this topic into a circlejerk about guns? F

ucking hell, show some respect.
This is a tragedy. Let's let the bodies turn cold before we make this about politics.
i don't understand this point of view at all. "now is not the time to talk about gun control. how dare we!" we can't talk about it when it is most relevant? how about the portland mall shooting, has it been long enough since then to discuss gun regulations? or how about the aurora, CO shooting? or virginia tech? or columbine?
having an honest discussion about the political side of tragedies like this is long overdue. do we have to wait for another shooting to address this?
to me, avoiding talking about the politics is doing an injustice to the families.
you're doing exactly what the NRA and those O-rings want. I want some change, some legislation, in addition to the thoughts and prayers that politicians are willing to give out.
20 children were killed, if that's not a wake up call then we're ****ed. At the very minimum, no matter where you stand on gun control, we need to recognize that whatever we're currently doing is clearly not working.
Let's take cars away too, because irresponsible drivers run people over. Maybe we can take kitchen knives away because people are stabbed to death by them.

lol so do we just ignore the problem? "crazy people will do crazy things, nothing we can do about it!!!!!" i think if one of your own children went to that school you'd have a different take. i hope, anyway
