Raping a public game with a technique that's been used since the game's release convinced you that dogs should be taken out of competitive play? I'd say my whole post is new to you.
Yes, dogs do give the team that called them an advantage. It is their reward for having a 7 kill streak. The game was designed this way. Figure out a way to counter it, you know, like killing the guy who is beasting? It forces you to pay attention to what is happening in the match via the kill ticker. /basic concept of CoD

That method works great against nubz fortunz, but all they have to do is kill you once before you get the next 7 kill streak to end your spree and against decent players, dogs should never net you more than 3 or 4 kills. Kill the pooches and kill the guy who is beasting before he gets them again, it's called strategy

The makers of the game decided you deserve that reward.
If you don't like kill streaks, don't accept challenges that have them enabled. If you want everyone else to play by your rules, get off your high horse and suck it.

Against decent players, dogs will get 2 or 3 kills, if that. It forces one team to go on the defensive for a minute, big deal. Play smart and kill the guy who called the dogs before he racks up another kill streak.
