this nig got more karma then me ive never even seen him before  Tongue

Lol, if your talking about me my post total is not that high.  I mostly lurk here, Gamefaqs & post once in while.  I posted on Wii / WiiU section going back.  Remember Wii used to have its own game sections (COD, MOHH2 etc.) before the WiiUnite moderators combined the game (COD) sections into one place.  I have read some of your posts over time.  I started playing MOHH2 in February 2009, found WiiUnite in April 2009, I think Red Fatality (I think that's you maybe ??) moved on from Wii/MOHH2 by then or soon after.

Guess I am one of those 10, I will definitely check out some YouTube video of MH.  I am kind of particular in what genre's I dig.  Pack-in local multiplayer oriented Nintendoland is cool, any FPS with Wiimote support (I will seriously check next 3rd person WiiU Metroid too), MarioKartU will be definite pre-order, we buy the annual Just Dance installments for daughter, next 1st party WiiU Sports sequel I would pre-order too.  Honestly, I have never dug rpg, fighting or platformer type games for some reason; I have no idea what MH is classified but I will check some video.  I will seriously consider the next open world WiiU Mario Galaxy type sequel, it would be cool in HD.  With the WiiU HD I am more interested in the various big WiiU releases.  Thanks for the MH info  Smiley

...I plan to use the Ballista a lot but have not even unlocked it yet...I might have to use that prestige token and reset all my stats and just use the Saiga12 more..

I unlocked Ballista & Executioner and they are my new favorite gun combo -- I probably will not reset my stats and maybe not even prestige period because I do not want to go through the hassle of leveling up so I can use them together again.  I think you can use prestige token to permanently unlock one gun at prestige or whatever.  Maybe I will work on getting diamond snipers, actually that sounds like a hassle too, no I will just run around and shoot people in the back...

...I also still use the Wii Remote which might change things...

Wiimote forever, it will be a sad day when Wiimote FPS dies, COD is the only hope unless Ninty does a 1st party Mario shooter, lol.  The WiiU COD kids are shooting me up pretty good, I have not even finished first prestige, I plan to use the Ballista a lot but have not even unlocked it yet.  I get a lot of knife kills trying to desperately survive CQC.  I dig the semi-auto pistols and snipers but my k/d with them are ugly.  I might have to use that prestige token and reset all my stats and just use the Saiga12 more; I always like shotties but I am not using the 870 because I am a martyr for more nerfed guns.  My FPS thing is I only play FFA, I prefer the simplicity and FFA is as close as I can get to a MOHH2 Mona or Port more simple DM experience.  I have not even tried to figure out the headset thing for WiiU either, with no noise I just like to run around and shoot others in the back while sipping on good ole Capt. Morgan, lol.

I added you two to the list. Caen, I added you. You just have to add my ID since you haven't enabled friend requests for yourself on your Friend List.

In Miiverse I finally added or friend requested everybody on this WiiU NNID list.  Seeing everybody's chosen Mii was fun to see...

For me once Blops2 supported Wiimote the WiiU was a no brainer buy.  Nintendoland provides family fun and we always get the latest fruity Just Dance.  Only other WiiU game I even want right now (if I can nab one used) is the Sega All-Star kart racing game although I am really waiting for the next MarioKart, I own 4 Wii wheels & MarioKartU is a definite pre-order.  I hope Battlefield 4 comes to WiiU with Wiimote support, probably not.  The new Steambox that looks to be coming is interesting, ie. easy access to Steam with m&kb gameplay, dual analog on 360/720 or PS3/PS4 despite many good games holds no interest to me.  Certain genres are best with dual analog I know, WiiU will have its share of rpg(s) and even some ports, WiiU has dual analog gamepad/pro controller(s).  WiiU is getting through is launch teething problems and more good games to come but I will readily admit that 360/720, PS3/PS4 and now Steambox will/have much to offer.  Gets expensive to own too many systems, have to choose, lol.  For me its about gaming with the Wiimote, so WiiU, plus there is WiiU local multiplayer fun to boot.  WiiU is not perfect, no console ever will be.

Still thinking of getting it caen?

Sorry, I missed this post.  I spend way too much time lurking at Gamefaqs.  Wish it was 2009 and more chatter here, lol.  Yeah, when I saw that 007 Legends did not support the Wiimote, I cancelled my Newegg (reduced price) pre-order.  007 Legends has gotten low ratings and no Wiimote support, sad because the 2010 007 Goldeneye game for original Wii was worthwhile, although I could not take the choppy on-line framerate after awhile but the on-line was fun for me -- I will hang onto my Wii Goldeneye disc for the local splitscreen multiplayer (my favorite local multiplayer on Wii/WiiU so far).  Actually, the local multiplayer on Blops2 is nice too, but now I find out on Gamefaqs playing it can glitch your stats, lol.

9  Gaming Boards / Nintendo Board / Re: My Wii U sounds like a lawnmower on: December 02, 2012, 10:21:01 pm
Today, I was playing some local multiplayer with a friend and his son (3 player local splitscreen) and the WiiU was chucka chucking quite hard running all three of us, I actually commented on the lawnmower sounds, lol.

For Sunday, I have a Wii U pre-ordered at Walmart and Target for in store pick-up, I will only buy one.  WiiU Blops 2 pre-ordered for Sunday pickup too.  Wiimote gaming in 720p will be better then 480i/480p on 2002 era Wii hardware.

Which gun will be the overpowered POS in a month?   Cheesy
Wont be a pump action shotgun, the day that happens is the day I say heck with accruacy and spray aroumd every corner I walk around.

COD OP guns are all the full autos, lol, unless you carefully shoot full auto bursts, tough to post decent accuracy spraying.  In typical COD fashion, I bet the smgs / machine pistols are the most OP.  I actually take note when I come across a more rare very skilled LMG user in COD.  For me it will be snipers, shotties and semi-auto rifles & pistols; manual action bolt snipers and pump shotties even slower firing.  I focus on accuracy and take some lumps on k/d facing down the more OP full auto, this is what keeps COD interesting to me.  Btw, snipers/quickscopers will not be so numerous on WiiU Blops 2 because hip firing (& ADS) full auto is so effective/accurate with Wiimote IR pointer control.  Any extra aim assist dual analog stick users get in WiiU Blops 2 is just fine with me, I will have superior Wiimote IR, I turn off unhelpful aim assist if any first thing.  Assuming WiiU has decent on-line, no monthly fees Smiley , WiiU offers more with the ability to play Wiimote IR, dual analog with CCPro, new Pro Controller, Gamepad Tablet TV or Gamepad Tablet small screen.  Plus other innovative things on Wii U version due to Gamepad Tablet.  Sell your PS360; WiiUnite was inspired by tight controlling Wiimote/MOHH2 FPS gameplay and similarly COD (by Treyarch) does solid Wiimote IR controls.
12  Gaming Boards / Nintendo Board / Re: Wii U Commercials Topic on: November 03, 2012, 11:57:22 pm
From reading other forums, some say these WiiU commercials do not do a good enough job letting people know that WiiU is a new console versus an add-on for the original Wii.  People can be clueless unless your very clear.  Some think they should have dropped the Wii from the name to differentiate better, I kind of agree.  I like the idea someone said they should have called it Nintendo U or something and dropped the Wii from the name to better differentiate as a new console.  Not a big issue this holiday season because they will sell whatever they put out there because production is just ramping up.

My List: Nintendo Land, NSMBU, ZombiU, Black Ops 2

I think Nintendoland will be fun.  NSMBU not for me, I have never liked the side scrolling Mario except for Super Mario Bros. 2 (NES) which my brother and I played, conquered and learned some of the short-cuts for this unique Mario back in the distant day.  ZombiU peaks my interest, Walking Dead (killin' Zombies is entertaining) one of my favorite shows ever, but I will wait till release to read the feedback and what it offers.  Blop 2 content, Wiimote FPS in higher definition, I hope I can snag my Walmart Wii U pre-order and play Blops 2 November 18th -- many claim to hate COD, I claim to like it, well COD with Wiimote support.  I wish Battlefield 3 were ported to WiiU but EA is upset with Nintendo for not using EA Origin exclusively for WiiU on-line gaming/network, EA is not even porting the recent Medal of Honor Warfighter to WiiU.  Hopefully WiiU will get the next Battlefield game from EA, with Wiimote support I would pre-order.

I am still getting 007 Legends for the splitscreen local multiplayer, assuming Wiimote support included, but the feedback for PS360 version is discouraging.  Hopefully, by the time WiiU version comes in December some of the on-line issues will be rectified, notably lag issues have been cited.  For me coming from Wii, the lag issues cited do not seem so bad.
I watched some Aliens Colonial Marines multiplayer footage, singleplayer could be interesting too, if this game supports Wiimote I think I might get this game coming in Feb. or March 2013.

I pre-ordered BO2 & OO7 Legends.  I think 007 will have splitscreen local multiplayer that is my favorite part of Wii Goldeneye.  Well I will probably end of getting most WiiU FPS with on-line multiplayer that support Wiimote.  I think the pack-in Nintendoland with its collection of mini-games will provide some local multiplayer fun.  I will pay attention to the other launch games.  If WiiU Mariokart ever comes I would get it ASAP, I already have 4 Wii wheel (Wiimote) attachments.
WiiU 007 Legends launches Dec. 4th I think and will probably have a decent on-line multiplayer with presumable Wiimote support.
