I could bench 135 x 7 two weeks ago, and today i just did 12!

I could only do 135 twice in August. I'm more of an endurance guy than a power guy, my max hasn't gone up much, but my reps have been increasing a lot lately.

I bench and squat every week. I only deadlift a couple times a month because it hurts my spine after a set or two. Apparently my form is right too.

2 on the sides, 8 on top and back (mohawk). I never spike it up though.

Just did a set of 7 reps @ 135 on the bench. It's not that much, but compared to my weight (136-140lb) i think it's pretty good. The pyramids have definitely helped, i could only do 4 and a half at most less than a month ago.

My goal is to make 135 my working set when i start doing 3 sets of 5 reps again.

Worked 14 hour shift. One 15 min break.

I'm going to let my chin hair grow, but i have to shave my stache, i'm not very fond of that look. A month without shaving fore me is like a week without shaving to most people.

Does $40,000 sound nasty to you?

I would do so many things for $40k, keeping a box of Twinkies for 50 years is nothing.

I'm going to buy a box of Twinkies and never open them. I will sell them in 50 years as an antique and make bank.

When im older im totally doing the same thing. Maybe even as soon as i move out. Having a scooter to drive when you need to get something real quick from a store a couple blocks away is extremely convenient.

Do you mind telling me around how much a scooter like yours would go for?

Would this be through skype? This could be awesome.

Get some candidates, we vote for two, they debate over suggested topics, we vote at the end.

We would also need a moderator for the debate itself too. Just throwing out ideas lol

I used to get that pretty often when playing soccer. I started playing on a soggy field a lot and every single time i ran on it i would get the pain, but i would never get the pain on any other field.

I was told to just drink a lot of water and i would eventually get accustomed to it, and fortunately i did.

Just keep talking about politics, but make sure you sound arrogant.

I'm sure there will be 3,000 posts when you do,

Obama is actually for greener solutions. Romney was not (to an extent). That was discussed at the debate.

And you just said a couple posts ago that we need to continue drilling for oil, but now you are saying that we need greener energy. We can't do both at the same time.

actually It's a big deal everywhere or at least it should be, that's the reason why gas prices are so high and part of the reason why we have to borrow money from other countries.

Not an expert or anything, but considering that superchargers/turbos/and bio diesel is becoming extremely common, gas isn't going to be used very much in the long term. I hope that's the plan at least.
