Well what do they intend to do about Hackers?

I'm guessing that Treyarch got MW because they can use part or all of the WaW game structure to make MW, that means there is a good possiblility that the hackers will be in from day one, as the codes used to hack WaW may verywell work in MW.

I may wait a week or so, just to see if they do come into the game from the start with the infinate ammo, infinate health, Hulk leaping abilities and teleport.  That pre-order crap ended with Conduit, as far as Im concerned.

Fortunz I was simply talking about others who came into the game and the EA site after your vote, and yes I am part of that as I came in just as you were voting and didn't know enough to feel comfortable voting.  I am always concerned about those excluded, so please don't go to the vanity thing Ohio.

Your right. I miss-read it.  I understood that you were making a site by gamers and clan members for gamers and clan members.  But Bman gave me a reasonable answer in the EA responce, made sense and was to the point.

My bad I am not trying to make more of it, I simply misunderstood the way it was created.  As far as a TM board here, you are welcome to link us somewhere, but I have no interest in having two sites, as we have our own forums that are used frequently by our members.

I would come by now and then to see what is new, but I may be more trouble than it's worth, (I just don't know when to quit). I  think I will just stick to EA. and whatever forum that comes up for the upcoming games, hopefully not GF's.

LOL I guess that bumps me from the OG's as well, since it appears they will be listed here.  Well it was a good run, thanks for the laughs.

Cya

And Good luck with the site.

"yeah don't worry NDS.  We are transparent here so nothing to hide.  We are by the gamer for the gamer.   All of those involved with WiiUnite were the result of a vote on gamefaqs months ago."  Well on this part I wonder how many of the clans that have formed since then were represented? since you used an old vote to determine who is an admin or other management of this site.

"We invited several from the list of those who got votes who we personally thought would be a big help and would do a good job as mods.  The ultimate plan was to take those nominations and after the site creation process, they would become moderators of this site."  So as I said Who's represented, are they just some of the mods from the older clans? Do any represent clans that are now gone?

"We did try to get a cross section of the major clans so no one would feel like their clan had no say, but ultimately that is impossible."  But if you missed some clans, and there are several that are not in any trouble, and are strong, yet they were not contacted at all.

"Obviously not everyone invited got wholely involved and as a result they are not moderators right now."  So when they weren't interested, why werent some representatives from other clans contacted when those individuals declined?

"For now we have a team of moderators of very deserving individuals who have represented their clans and wii unite well and are doing a great job.  We have rules in place for moderators and also procedures for decision making amongst admins and mods.  If the need arises we will add additional staff as needed, and decisions will be made according to who will do a good job and maintain all that WiiUnite stands for."  Ok I agree with this portion as you need people to keep the peace and nomatter who comes in here, order must be kept.

I just wonder how many active clans were represented in the making of the site, because since that vote took place many people have come and gone from the Wii online gaming community, and holding onto the old guard could be constrewd as the good ole boy system,  How many total people voted in that vote? And what percentage of the Wii Gaming community did this truly represent?

Don't worry I am not going to pursue this any further than these questions here, as it is your site, and I do respect other's sites.  I just think these are questions that others are thinking of but haven't asked.

Thank you
